Organic Dulse Granules

Versatile and nutrient packed alternative to salt which I just discovered! It is rich in iodine and made of organic raw dulse. I like that it adds an umami flavor to my food and at the same time gives me the iodine my body needs ☺️ Thought to share in case any of you interested to try! #veganisnotscary

A little fish told me its World Ocean Day 🌊 (ok, I lied, it’s all over my inbox) I eat sea vegetables all the time but don’t have packages of them any more. Then I remembered that I still got this little shaker tucked in the back of my pantry. Perfect time to put it into use esp after the other day’s popcorn flop🍿 These are finely grained #dulse, naturally seasoned by the ocean🧂and add some saltiness to whatever they come into contact with. It’s also certified #organic thus has low level of contamination. Despite the convenience, I still prefer the whole leaf version, which has more flavor. But it’s a nice little flavor-aid to carry with you or take to the office, if you still go to the “office” (I know someone who carried a mini Tabasco with her in the before times😉) #seaveggie #seaweed #algea
