In 2004, we started making small batches of coconut-milk ice cream for our dairy-free friends and family in Austin. Pretty soon, word got around how creamy it was and before we knew it, complete strangers were showing up on our doorstep with spoons! That’s how NadaMoo began. Pretty solid ice cream. Doesn’t have many of the stabilizing ingredients, so definitely a healthier option. It was nice and fluffy! Wish it had more swirls of peanut butter but still recommended.
