It's been quite a long while since I enjoyed any Miyokos products! This is a bit of a splurge here as it costs nearly $13. But so worth it for the creamy goodness it adds to my dishes 🤤 it's very soft and even kinda spreadable but it really shines when it melts ! Taste is mild and slightly tangy as you might expect. This is one of the first Miyokos that came out if I remember correctly and it's become a classic for pizza. #ditchdairy #cashewcheese

If you're looking for an alternative to fancy mozzarella (like buffalo mozzarella), this is it! It's a great option for caprese, but also makes for great blobs on a homemade pizza. I cut this wheel into cubes to throw into my caprese pasta salad with Trader Joe's farfalle rigate.
