Oat Milk

Had no idea that #asda makes fortified oat milk! This one is very nice and has a great good price too. #oatmilk #oatdrink

I’m definitely an oat milk convert (used to be all about the soy), great in hot drinks. Affordable and nutritious.

I love oat, so this made me love the drink too! I like to use it as an alternative to soya milk and I often use it for baking!

Froths up nicely, but it tastes really sweet, despite not having any sweetener or sugar in the ingredients. Weird. Froths up nicely though, and has various vitamins added, which I suppose is good.

I don’t remember the exact price but it was under a £1 for a litre, roughly 80p/90p I think. Not many mylks have iodine fortified in them but this one does. Top marks for that!
