No meat Meatballs

A fave in my household! We have these regularly with pasta bake. Great taste and texture.

The texture of these was so similar to actual meat, and they didn’t taste overwhelmingly like soy (which is the main issue I usually have with meat substitutes). I had them with a tomato sauce and spaghetti one night, and with noodles and a 5-spice sauce the next. They were lovely with both. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Everyone in my house enjoyed.

Not bad with spaghetti, pretty similar to my memory of meat ones. I was never a big meatball fan in my meat eating days so these aren't my favourite but still better than my memory of meat ones.

Love these meatless meatballs! So quick and simple to make!
