Our kids love smoothies, and they’re an excellent way to use up fruit that is
a little past it’s prime... chop it up, freeze it, then mix it up into a smoothie.
Decided to add an extra dose of good health today by adding a sachet of ‘Kids Green Stuff’ while blending it all up 🍑🍓🍇🍌
The powder is meant to be berry flavoured but, to be honest, it was hard to distinguish the taste of it in the smoothie (a good thing, I would say 😊).
A great product to boost the nutritional content of whatever it is you’re eating, especially for young kids who don’t always eat what’s good for them.
