Mexican Blend Shreds

Don't hate the Daiya! The shreds are so good! Great cold and melty~ I just use them today to top my vegan steak tacos! That's amazing flavor and contrast to any Mexican dish~ 🤤

Everything you want in a cheese this is not unfortunately. Zero cheesy taste, texture too manufactured. Too bad I wanted to like it.

the Daiya cheezes are usually a good go-to for me so these Mexican Blend Shreds were okay! it tastes a lot like their cheddar + mozzarella colby jack kind, but if they really wanted the mexican style flavor then it could use a bit of spice! 🧀

These shreds are delicious over vegan nachos. They melt well when they need to, and also taste good sprinkled over lettuce on vegan tacos. #vegancheeseshreds
