Lion's Mane Mushrooms

Love mushrooms from R&R! These are spongier than your typical mushroom and had a lighter meaty flavor to me.

I love these MN local mushrooms! I slowly sautéed their portabella, oyster and lion mane mushrooms for dinner with olive oil, salt and a good balsamic. Wow! Pricy but worth it if you are craving great mushrooms.

I had to see what the hype was about and these are so yummy! They were meaty with a sponge-like texture. Worked great with a pasta dish we made and I can imagine it would be delicious on homemade pizza too!
