I dunno how healthy it is but when you are thirsty it is very helpful. The taste is mild and very yum.

All in quite nice. I prefer the other flavours as I’m not a huge fan of lime but it’s very a very subtle lemony limey flavour so I can’t complain too much. Weirdly although it says preservative free it closes my chest a little. I’m allergic to sulphur dioxide and I don’t see any in here. #zerosugar #vitaminb12 #niacin #vitaminb12 #biotin
