Made with only two ingredients: cashews & dates! Pretty good but definitely sweet due to the dates. Nice little snack bar but I tend to prefer bars with a little more in them, like oats. It’s also just a small size in general so not as satisfying for me however they aren’t bad and are perfect for many occasions! Swipe for nutrition info.
