Perfectly balanced classic kimchi. Crunchy and flavorful, perfect addition to fried rice, noodles and in this case I made a taco with a Trader Joe’s scallion pancake with nasoya korean bbq plant based steak topped with the kimchi and scallions and a drizzle of Japanese bbq sauce. A lot of things going on but it went really well together. Very enjoyable. The kimchi added a hint of heat as it’s the mild version. #vegankimchi #napacabbage #veganbulgogi
