Jackfruit

Really not my favourite. It tastes a lot like brine and it’s not of my taste. I tried the recipe on the Migros website “Pad Thai with Jackfruit and it was still a strong taste :/

Ho fatto questo esperimento culinario con molta diffidenza, invece devo dire che è un prodotto molto versatile! L’ho fatto saltare in padella con un soffritto di cipolla, poi l’ho bagnato con una salsina fatta con acqua, salsa di soia, paprika affumicata, pochissimo curry e un cucchiaino di senape. Oh, incredibile ma e gustoso!

Obviously you have to prepare them well but they can taste amazing. Here they have been drained in a kitchen towel, then left tomarinate a few hours in some spice mix. Finally, there were cooked in the pan with some more seasonings.

Grazie al jackfruit posso simulare lo spezzatino ma ho visto che può essere usato anche come pollo etc Il prodotto si presenta insapore per questo meglio condirlo prima
