tried this Impossible Savory Ground Sausage for the first time to make dumplings and while the initial impression was not great with how mushy and realistically raw it looked coming out of the package, it cooked up perfectly and the taste is exactly what you’re looking for from a ground m’eat- fine on it’s own but really versatile and able to be flavored with sauces and seasonings. 🍖

If you liked the taste of meat and want a close alternative, this is for you. The texture is very meat-y, and the flavor is good. However, it is way too oily and not very healthy. I probably will go for different faux meats in the future. #veganisnotscary #fauxmeat #fakemeat #impossible
Better than expected!! For me, this tastes just like sausage. Oh my goodness, this sausage is perfect! It makes heavenly biscuits and gravy, for sure. Cooks quickly and doesn't produce an excessive amount of grease. I didn't need to drain it before adding the rest of the ingredients for the gravy. Bravo, Impossible Foods!!
