I live in an area where there are very few choices for tofu. This is

my favorite one! Makes such a good scramble! I make it whenever my niece visits because she says “Auntie, make that good vegan stuff!”💖 #abillionlove

This is a very average tofu. I don’t think it is as firm as other

‘extra firm’ tofus but it is organic, which is a plus. I won’t buy it again if there are other options. #veganisnotscary #tofu
