Green Rebel Mince

Please don’t laugh at me world 😂 Apologies to the team at #greenrebel Green Rebel Foods It’s my sorry attempt to stir fry the wonderful gift from @abillion for the #veganisnotscary review winning. At least my family say it taste good 😅 Really have the beef taste I find it a tad dry perhaps I didn’t use much oil. But I’m not a fan of too much oil. The instructions say cook from frozen, it’s really hard to cook something from frozen 😭 #mince

I put some mince, carrots and togue to become fried spring rolls. I just lacked sauce for it to be perfect.

Cooked this as a stir fry with some frozen veggies. It’s quite tasty. Even smells like beef. The tempeh is my own add-on, not included of course.
