Wow! What a delight to find a plant based Parmesan cheese that even my Italian husband is impressed by! There are many other options on the market but they don’t come close to the authenticity of this one. Not only is this product plant based but it’s also soy free Gluten free Cholesterol free 0g trans fats Their serving suggestion is 1 Tb spoon - that’s definitely not going to happen around here - the more the better. It’s a bit more expensive than other comparable products but well worth the extra money.
