Unable to shake his vision of operating a flour mill that provided healthy and nutritious food, Bob tirelessly searched for his own set of usable millstones. With a little time and persistence, Bob and his wife found several sets of millstones and began their first mill in Redding, California.

Use this for making banana bread and it’s delicious. We’re not gluten intolerant but just like the way it bakes up in certain recipes.

This is a really great Oat Flour! I used it as a binder while making some Black Bean Burgers 🍔 last night. I’m not gluten free, but I’m always happy to cook and bake delicious flavorful food with this flour. My burger patties stayed together without crumbling…it’s always nice when they hold their form. Price was about $7 for an 18 oz bag, not too bad.
