In the Ingredients you founf Salt, potato starch,onions,parsnips, sugar, carrots, CELERY, spinach, spices (onion powder, turmeric, ginger ,garlic,pepper), herbs (lovage, parsley), sunflower oil Some of inhrexient are from certified organic farming. The taste is certainly not bad when I have time I prefer to use fresh vegetables. to flavor it does its duty.
