Nice pizza, which I really enjoyed. the garlic taste is not so strong. Light and tasty but I added some rocket and hummus on. Easy and quick to cook. Recommended.

Taste wise, this is exactly what I wanted but what a schlep to prepare. The instructions are clear that you need to put a tray below the pizza whilst cooking but with the amount of butter that melted and just dripped off the edges, it’s like I took garlic spray and doused my kitchen with it. When my friends wanted oven pizzas for dinner, I went to three different corner shops before finding Trattoria Alfredo in LIDL!! Okay so I hope you like garlic like I like garlic (and that means you REALLY like garlic 🧄) - I just used it as a pizza base, then a tomato sauce of onion, garlic (yep) and giant tomatoes, seasoning and fresh basil, then olives, red onion hoopie hoops and more basil on top! It was SO rutting good, I didn’t envy the cheese-eaters at all! The third photo is pre-oven in case you were curious. It looked really wet (sexy) but gas mark 7 for 12 mins and you’re Gucci. Will definitely do again. I ❤️🧄♾
Easy and tasty garlic bread. I like adding chillies once cooked. Make sure you put a tray at the bottom of the oven as the oil drips quite a lot.
