Fossa Chocolate: Sea Salt 70% Dark Chocolate

Not a fan of dark chocolate, but this was an exception perhaps because it's 70%, wasn't too bitter

It was slightly too salty for me with the salt flakes on the under side of the chocolate. I think the ratio of salt to chocolate might be a bit off. Eat only if you need a serious salt fix, or are drinking a lot of wine with it.

This was way too salty for my liking. I liked that they used salt flakes you could bite into, but it distracted from the chocolate. @carachew

This is an Singapore based handmade chocolate brand! I came across them when I was at the Public Gardens Market recently. After trying the samples for almost all the flavours 😬 this was my favourite one. I love how the chocolate 🍫 melts in my mouth and the after taste it leaves.
