Fine De Champagne Chocolate Truffles

I seem to be on an unconscious quest to sample the whole Booja Booja range 🤭 These champagne truffles are so luxurious.🥂 There are twelve enticing cocoa dusted cubes in the gold edged box. The chocolate is dense but soft to bite and there’s an instant rich flavour of cacao and champagne, finely balanced, surprisingly not over sweet but very satisfying. These have an almost bitter, dark, hard outside, which kind of melts into a truffle centre. Very rich and also dense which makes them more filling than normal chocolates. These were delicious
