Field roast makes good vegan products, however the fat and sodium content is pretty terrible. The mac and cheese is very creamy, gooey, super yummy, like a comfort food should be. Unfortunately for only 11 oz package to have 1,440 mg of sodium, and 17 g of fat is off putting. This is something I would only eat occasionally and in a pinch for health reasons. Would love if some of the vegan companies would also be more health conscious the non vegan companies it would be a real bonus.

Really good Mac n Chao! Found in frozen section at Jewel on sale so I thought I’d try it out since I love Chao cheese. I heated in microwave and then stuck in airfryer to crisp up a little bit, but didn’t really get browned. To be honest I liked the boxed Banza Mac n cheese I reviewed the other day better. This is really high in saturated fat, high in sodium and once again there is the natural flavor in the ingredients list!!
