What a time to be alive! So many great vegan things to
try! So many alternatives that are plant based, cruelty free and actually taste good!
Enjoyed tofu scramble breakfast tacos with shredded chao Mexican style blend. Yum! It’s the cayenne spicy chao and regular chao shreds mixed. Genius!

These were really great and held a lot of flavor! They're actually kind of spicy
which I wasn't expecting! You can see the peppers within the shreds which freaked me out at first because it looked a bit like mold. That means as this get older, you'll need to inspect it more carefully than other shred styles. They melted nicely in dirty rice that was used for stuffed peppers.

I loved using this package of cheese shreds.
I highly recommend the Field Roast brand. They
make some very delicious foods. Check to see if there are any options at your local grocery store or supermarket.

Tasty! Melts if you heat a lot but not really if you just sprinkle it
on something. Got a little heat to it and taste like cheese! I like it.
