I loved this vegan version of feta cheese. The apple cider vinegar is prominent in the flavour, but the other herbs and spices manage to balance it. The texture is firm. Pretty tasty, great texture - it crumbles well like feta. The flavours in the “feta juice” are good! Not quite as strong as feta, but that’s to be expected. Will definitely buy again!

Great flavour Great Texture You do get more for your buck if you make it yourself , but convenient when you not able to

Soy blocks, marinated in apple cider vinegar, herbs and olive oil. Good firm texture and nice taste with the marinade not exactly like feta but just as tasty and nice paired with roasted veg or pasta
