Questa la trovo da MD, buona ed economica. Ormai la farina di ceci è quella che uso di più, non solo per le panelle fatte in casa, la farinata e la farifrittata, ma anche per pastellare le verdure o per fare la pastella per poi impanare e friggere. È anche un modo per mangiare i ceci. Senza glutine
Mi sembra un'ottima farina, la uso per fare la farinata o la frittata, o anche la pastella per fare cose panate e fritte, anche se in questo caso mi trovo meglio con la farina per friggere. Polvere sottile.
