First attempt with the air fryer using Nasoya tofu and broccoli… added to brown rice with a splash of soy sauce. I’ve been resistant to the air fryer thing… but I’m sold after one attempt. The tofu was PERFECT, and I didn’t even read the directions for the air fryer🤷🏻♀️ Thanks @catladymeowmeow
Tofu is such a great and versatile food. My favorite recipe is the “eggy” tofu scramble. It is the best. This is such a nice food to have around.
