Esto no es un queso Camembert de la marca Mommus, comprado en Herbolario Navarro, en Santander. A mi personalmente me parece que tiene un sabor y un olor horribles, pero reconozco que es algo muy personal y me ha pasado con otros quesos veganos de este mismo formato. También es verdad que nunca me han gustado los quesos de origen animal con un sabor muy fuerte y eso influye en que estos me resulten tan desagradables. De todas maneras, no me parece que se asemeje al sabor del queso camembert de origen animal tampoco.
Uno de mis quesos favoritos desde ya.Está tan rico que tengo que hacer super esfuerzo para no cruspirmelo en un dia..Una pasada.
