These seem to have gone up in price since I’ve been away, however they’re essential for that B12 and can be used to make good vegan Parmesan or add to a mushroom risotto at the end and sprinkle lemon juice to give it a real taste boost!

I must say this was my first attempt with nutritional yeast flakes.
