Ei-Ersatz

Sostituto dell uovo nelle preparazioni come torte polpette pancake e cose del genere. Io l ho usato per fare la pastella dei French toast e mi è sembrato un sostituto valido. Devo provarlo in altre preparazioni però.

Used this “egg replacement” to make savory pancakes xD I did not feel like having sweet pancakes. It worked well for its purpose, added some chili paste and some violife cheese slices and voilà. Had my lunch done :) #eggreplacement

This stuff is great. It is specially made for replacing egg in baked goods such as pancakes and cake. I made two pancakes, one with the vegan egg and one without the vegan egg. I used exactly the same amount of the other ingredients. The pancake with the vegan egg came out way fluffier. I didn't take a picture of the pancake without the vegan egg as flipping it went wrong. #veganegg #pancakes

#eggsubstitute for baking, made with: sweet lupine flour, thickening agent: locust bean gum, corn flour, flax protein, and sunflower protein. It was a gift from #germany , so I don’t know how much it costs, but it worked really well in making my cookies fluffy and soft. Would recommend. #portiasofabv #dogsofabillion
