Vegan Shiitake Jerky

Loved these! They tasted and had the texture of jerky. A very tough at times

but not too bad. Definitely a lot of chewing involved.

Tasted delicious. Had a nice amount of chilli. Great seasoning. Looked just like on the front of the packet.

Would definitely buy again! #veganisnotscary

If you think you'd appreciate dried Shiitake as it is, this is it. Might taste

better used in making claypot rice.

Not something I would usually like, however it does not apply to this gem. wow!

I love it so good I'm hooked and converted as I don't like jerky usually.

Chewy texture but avoids being dry and stringy. Very subtly flavoursome if that makes sense!

Heavy on the umami, light on the saltiness. Also works as a snacky source of dietary fibre haha.

Unfortunately comes in a plastic pouch.
