Dairy-Free Cheese Spread

Creamy, but very mild flavour. Was expecting more of a ‘tang’. Could do with more seasoning.

This is actually seriously delicious. Even non-vegans will like this one (just don't tell them it's "vegan cheese" or their tastebuds might shut down--tell them it's an awesome cashew spread, which is what it is). I could eat this stuff right out the tub. But to be civilised, it's amazing on fresh bread or crackers. I had it on sour dough, and I couldn't stop, so now I'm feeling fat and overfed, but I'm happy. Treat it like cream cheese and go for your life. DIVINE.
