crunchy green apple with peanut butter dip

Ordinarily I’d make this snack with a whole apple and a dollop of peanut butter from a jar, but I was travelling and found this perfect energy booster. #appleandpeanutbutter is a brilliant combination. M&S select a very crisp, crunchy #Grannysmith apple cut into handy wedges for dipping, and a nutty textured peanut butter dip. I wish it didn’t contain palm oil and hope M&S will consider leaving it out but, peanut butter is a good source of protein and is generally not an over processed food. It’s advised to check that the brand doesn’t contain too much added sugar. This one has 7.6g per 100g. I can’t say I worry too much about that amount as it’s quite a small portion. At £1.85 it’s not cheap but convenient when you’re on the go.
