It's an age-old question, isn’t it? What do bakers do in the slow season? Sure, we could relax, catch up on sleep, and sit around eating bonbons all week. But instead we decided to spend the week at the Twisted Bakery Research Lab (sort of), and go full-on mad scientist mode working on a brand new recipe. And it was worth it, because I’m super excited to share that we’ve whipped up something amazing and ridiculously delicious for you. 🤤 Cream puffs!! Pastry shells stuffed with creamy, dreamy, vanilla bean filling and drizzled with a luscious chocolate glaze. If you’re in the Amherst, MA area, you definitely don’t want to pass this up! During the chilly winter months ❄️🥶, you can catch Twisted popping up every other Saturday (mark your calendars for 2/22, 3/8, and 3/22) at the Bangs Community Center in downtown Amherst.
