The Spero brand is still my favorite, but this is really similar and a lot more accessible. I love that it's made with fermented cashews, and not coconut oil like most of the other brands. It's very tart, and the consistency is perfect. A+

This has a good texture and consistency. Mild onion taste which is not overpowering, perfect on Everything Bagels.

I went on a tour at Spring Farm Sanctuary a while back and they served this on crackers at the end of the tour. I have been OBSESSED ever since and I serve it to my family and friends and they all absolutely love it. Tastes better than any cheese spread!
