The coconut milk flavor does come through in this dairy free ice cream. It’s slight, but if you don’t love the taste of coconut this might not be the best choice. I like the flavor and the cookies are good, but the texture is a little icy. I love to see gluten-free cookies and cream ice creams and this one I love even more, because it is sweetened with agave instead of cane sugar!
