Coconut Strawberry Yoghurt

Actually, I prefer soy yogurt, but this is good, with lots of strawberry. I added rolled oats. Yum!

A healthier take on artificially flavoured strawberry yoghurts usually found in supermarkets! The top layer consists of the plain yoghurt made primarily using coconut cream, coconut water, apple juice, and tapioca starch. The bottom layer contains strawberry compote made using real fruit and coconut sugar. Have to give it a good mix to get the strawberry flavour throughout! Nutrition profile is rather different from dairy yoghurt since this is high in fat and low in protein, but I appreciate that it is naturally sweetened. More importantly, it contains more than 30 billion live probiotics which promote gut health (8 different strains of lactobacilli and bifidobacterial according to the website’s FAQ). ($12.90 / 450g)

1st time try Happy Bounty yoghurt. Not bad leh! Inside got real fruit bits though I ate it neat, guess this really goes well with granola or something! 👍🏼

1st time trying vegan yogurt from Happy Bounty and bought it from Everyday Vegan Grocer. Highly recommend as it is not too sweet though it is strawberry 🍓 flavour. It’s says make from real strawberry and at the bottom there is a layer of strawberry 🍓 compote.Light and refreshing coconut yoghurt and the coconut taste is not too strong too.

My boss gave me this tub of goodness to try out and it was too good to not review it :) creamier and silkier than Cocobella yoghurts! They use real strawberries too, and the chunks added a nice bite!
