Coconut Oil Alternative To Mature Cheddar

This was a lovely surprise, really nice cheese flavour without being too pungent. I ate it as part of an aperitif!

This cheese is good for melting for cheese sauces and toasted sandwiches , it’s not got a lot of taste , not bad on a cracker with plum chutney

Another Aldi find. I found this very odd and may have to try again to see what I think. Basically once I first opened it, it smelt like dairyelea triangles but then once you start grating it I thought it smelt like stinky feet but then I ate it and I'm now im thinking it wasnt amazing but wasn't terrible. As I say gonna have to try it again to decide.
