Coconut Flour

Coconut flour adds a nice fluffy texture to baked products such as muffins and crumpets. #veganisnotscary -62/90

Can only use in cakes or pastries that can do with a light flavour of coconut. Not very versatile.

Bought this flour to bake with and then realised that coconut flour is not the best baking ingredient. However great product

This is better than normal flour as it boosts weight loss

Good for baking, you can substitute some of the regular flour for some of this.
