Chickpea Flour Tortillas

I love the taste. They hold together nicely. I love all the Siete products I’ve tried so far.

I got these to make “Mexican Pizza” from Tabitha Brown’s Cooking From the Spirit cookbook. They worked very well with the ingredients (basically layered with refried pinto beans in between and toppings of avocado, vegan sour cream, salsa, onions, and vegan chorizo). When I used it for a quesadilla it tore at the crease so maybe not strong enough for that but definitely tasty.

I love tossing this up with some vegan cheese and enjoying the texture of the tortilla. Delicious and satisfying. #veganisnotscary

This is a TERRIBLE tortilla! It is fry and rubbery, impossible to fold. And the taste is not good at all.
