DELISH. has the softness and chewyness of violife without the rubbery feeling, and all the cheesy flavour of cathedral city plantbased without the crumbliness or too intense flavour. palm oil free, made with coconut oil instead :) it does contain carrageenan which is iffy, but for a processed product it is not too bad at all. not a lot of ingredients which is good.

When cheddar is an ultra processed food product, whether it's vegan or not, it makes zero sense to me to not at least have all cheddar vegan by default. This stuff also melts very well, and the taste is also excellent. A very good cheddar, I wish I wouldn't have to drive to Belgium in order to buy it.
