Really solid tasting cheese. It melts ok, doesn’t really spread. The taste is nice. I prefer made with plants slices as it melts so much better.
This is my go-to cheese, it has quite a good cheddar flavour, and is good for sandwiches. I don’t usually toast it, but it tends to hold its shape when heated.
Taste is boring and doesn't melt. Never wasted my money again.
That was really nice way better than shredded cheese which I had one day. I didn't check is possible to melt maybe next time when I'll make lasagne.
