Candy Cane Crunch

Have been enjoying trying Raaka chocolates recently; this is the first of their white chocolate bars that we’ve tried. White chocolate can sometimes be a bit sickly but this one, whilst sweet, is not sickly. The candy cane flavor is very nice but not overpowering. Raaka’s bars are not pre-sectioned so breaking apart evenly is not as easy, but I do appreciate how beautiful they are! (The photo doesn’t do it justice really.) You can taste the quality of these chocolates. The first thing I notice about Raaka chocolate bars is their aesthetically pleasing packaging. I also like how they don’t use any plastic in their chocolate bar packaging. I saw this white chocolate candy cane bar in season and gave it a try. The white chocolate is super creamy with a pleasant vanilla taste. The candy cane is finely ground to the perfect size to give a subtle crunchy texture and hints of peppermint. Such a high quality experience and the bar itself is super gorgeous as well. Of course their chocolate is fairly traded which is essential.
