I love this alternative mylk. I put it in my smoothies I use it as
a coffee creamer replacement. It's only 45 calories for one cup so it's great and makes my coffee really creamy I also use it with tea. It's very creamy unlike some of the other brands that I have tried and it's not even the creamer version. I love this brand in general and I have used some of their other products and I am always satisfied.
