I was looking for a completely palm oil free butter but couldn’t find one 😔. At least in this one there is a blend of coconut 🥥, flaxseed, canola and sunflower 🌻. The palm oil is from sustainable and ethical source (Rainforest certified) #sustainable. First time I made this recipe with chunks of pears 🍐. Usually I make it with pears purée. Very tasty - and much more reasonably priced than Earth Balance now (as of mid October 22). Have only used it as a spread, not for baking - I use sticks for baking - and have bought it again. It is very slightly softer than Earth Balance. #pigsnpaws.
