Lo encontré en una pequeña tienda llamada Vegetas en Valencia. La textura y el sabor son una auténtica pasada. Además, está basado en frutos secos.

Ottimo! Buonissimo anche da solo (che non è scontato per molti formaggi vegani).

A goat cheese that looks impressively like the real thing - and even the texture is perfect. What I miss is the very strong taste / smell of the goat cheese, on the other hand it's mild enough to appeal to a lot of people.

Warmly embracing all non-dairy cheese innovation, and this one is definitively a show stopper! It is crazy expensive, so this really is an occasional treat. (But that should be the case for any type of cheese.)

BUONISSIMO! L'ho mangiato con delle marmellatine un po' senapate di frutta ed è stato davvero un abbinamento perfetto.
