Brandy Christmas Pudding

You know what? I don't actually care much for #christmaspudding 😬 But I'll buy and eat it #forthedollar (and to rebuff claims that I don't know how to be #festive 😏) This one comes with a generous helping of #brandy, which you can taste not just in the body of the pudding but also in what oozes/gushes out from the little pieces of dried fruit 😋 My only complaint would be that the prep instructions are manifestly wrong. They say to microwave for 3 continuous minutes at full power or 800W. Which I did. After 2 minutes and 40 seconds I started to smell something burning, and significant portions of it were charred, hardened, and rendered inedible 😔
