Two blocks of #organic #smokedtofu I am used to the firm smoked #tofu from lidl which is brittle enough to mash it with a fork so was shocked how hard and unmashable this one was. The skin was like a strongest shield and the tofu underneath it also super firm in a gummy way. I dislike so much smoked tofu! With passion of passion of dislike lol. I bought it by mistake. Friends love it n they ll eat it. I wouldn t try. Sorry
The smoked tofu reminds me a little of smoked cheese in appearance. The taste is also slightly in that direction. Tastes good. The tofu is made in Germany, so it is regional, but also relatively expensive. #vegan #tofulover #soya

Leckerer geräucherter Tofu, super zum anbraten, marinieren etc etc. Vor allem aber auch Naturland zertifiziert und 100% aus Deutschland.
