Big burger

Made burgers with gerkins, cherry tomatoes, red onion ans rocket. Patties were soft and fell apart very easily. Taste was alright, but have had much better veggie burgers.

The pattie has good flavours, definitely needs oil if you are putting them on the braai, would also be great if they were slightly thicker, but overall a great priced, good tasting pattie.

Perfect texture and great flavour! And affordable. Here, a Fry Family Food Co. Big Fry burger, done over the coals, with a slice of @Earth & Co scamorza (italian smoked mozarella) fresh tomato, wilted spinach, onion and air fried enoki, all on a toasted braai broodjie smeared with avocado, served with kumara and mixed tomatoes with garlic, chilli oil and mango chilli balsamic. Corn not shown. 100%.

Not a big fan of analogue meats, but now and again they are fine. This is very tasty and a nice change. I find them quite rich - in a good way.
