This brand makes nice fresh goods, a safe choice to try new stuff. It does taste similar to bacon, but more like a fresh one (not fried). The insides stay very tender, but more like an overcooked pea porridge than juicy meat. Would buy again on a discount. #glutenfree #gf #glutenfreevegan
