So, I bought these to take to a work party where I’m the only vegan
and wanted something delicious to share. Oh man, these were amazing! They taste just like Girl Scout Thin Mints. They are the same in terms of crispiness too. These do have palm oil and palm kernel oil, which is a downer and, I haven’t yet contacted the company to ask if they use sustainably and ethically sourced palm.
